Operation check result on Windows® 8.1 / Windows® 8.(Updated)
Following is the current result of the operation check on PIXELA CORPORATION software bundled with
JVC KENWOOD camcorders on Windows® 8.1 / Windows® 8.

Solution
.NET Framework 3.5 need to be installed to solve this problem.
Follow the procedures below :
- Click the [Search] charm in the Start screen.
- Click the [Control Panel] in the application screen.
- Select [Uninstall a program].
- Click [Turn Windows features on or off].
- Check the box of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET2.0 and 3.0) and click [OK].
- Restart the computer.

1. Cannot upload to YouTube™.
Solution
.NET Framework 3.5 need to be installed to solve this problem.
Follow the procedures below :
- Click the [Search] charm in the Start screen.
- Click the [Control Panel] in the application screen.
- Select [Uninstall a program].
- Click [Turn Windows features on or off].
- Check the box of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET2.0 and 3.0) and click [OK].
- Restart the computer.
2. The preview screen blacks out when playing back JPEG image.
* JPEG image cannot be played back when operating on Windows® 8.1 / Windows® 8.
